Sorry, not that kind of cheesecake.
Mostly I've created this to participate in baking challenges (which I will be posting here), but also for the friends that tell me that I should post pictures of the various devilish baked goods (mostly cheesecakes, needless to say) I tend to inflict on friends and coworkers. I can't promise that I won't also include other kinds of cookery, stream of consciousness-type deep thoughts, and other random bits though, because that's just how I roll.
